A $100 nonrefundable “earnest fee” (also known as a deposit) should
be paid when the wedding date is confirmed by the couple with me. I
will turn down other weddings for that date if we confirm the date
with this fee. Otherwise, I may accept another wedding for that
date. I have learned that the fee helps to clarify the situation in
ways that a verbal agreement does not. This fee will be applied to
the total costs and is not in addition to them. I will send a
receipt for your deposit by email. Use PayPal - see below to reserve
your date
The remaining balance of the fees should be paid at the beginning of
the rehearsal (if there is a rehearsal) or when I arrive before the
service if there is no rehearsal. This helps all parties to avoid an
awkward moment later.
If you are eloping and you do not have time for PayPal...very
easy...cash
or
cash, take your pick.
PayPal Option:
Instead of sending a check, you can send your deposit or wedding
officiating service payment to me by PayPal - an eBay company. If
you have used PayPal, you know that it is a great system for moving
funds from one person to another with good documentation and
security.
You use your bank account or credit card to transfer money into and
out of your PayPal account. You may find it very helpful for other
things, like shopping on eBay, or sending and receiving money for
other purposes. Send a payment to the account for Amour
Weddings.....Rev Diane Milivojevic and I will send you a receipt by
email when the transaction is complete. You will also have a receipt
from PayPal. Please go to our fees page below to contact us or make
your deposit and confirm your future!
