WEDDING CEREMONIES DEPOSIT
Wedding officiating services booked within 30 days of the wedding date are payable in full at time of booking. Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date are charged a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 days beyond the wedding date are charged a 50% cancellation fee. These fees cover the costs for the time and paperwork involved in canceling arrangements.

CHANGING WEDDING DATE OR LOCATION
Once you secure your wedding date with  you have 2 weeks to change the date or location without penalty. If you decide, for any reason, to change your wedding date or location after the 2 weeks then a  fee will be incurred. This fee covers the costs for the time and paperwork involved in re-scheduling your location and vendors.

CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding entirely within 30 days of the wedding date, you will be charged 100% of your total wedding services (including the non-refundable coordination deposit). Additional fees may also be incurred by vendors (per their cancellation policy)

APOSTILLE OR EXEMPLIFIED LICENSE
To apply for an apostille or exemplified copy of a certified  marriage license, you must present the California Secretary of State with the certified copy. To obtain a certified copy of your Confidential Marriage License; Fill in and tear off the bottom part and send the bottom part and $13.00 for each certified copy you need to the County Clerk. Then send the certified copy to the Secretary of State
The fee for the apostille or exemplified copy is $20.00 for mail-in requests. Please include a cover letter and self-addressed stamped envelope when  mailing your request to Sacramento, our California State Capitol.
